Dr. Karen Golden-Biddle is the Questrom Professor in Management and Professor of Management and Organizations in the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. She is best known for her research and teaching on qualitative theorizing and cultural change, with a special focus on the application of the discovery process in those areas. Her co-authored book, Composing Qualitative Research, in its second edition, continues to be used in doctoral programs globally. Professionally she is active in the Academy of Management, where she has been inducted as a Fellow.
