
Dr. Shruti Sardeshmukh is an Associate Professor at the University of South Australia, in Adelaide Australia. Shruti holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (India), and PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA). Her research revolves around entrepreneurship and inclusion, focusing on small businesses and women in male-dominated spaces including entrepreneurship, startups, and STEM domains. Shruti collaborated internationally with researchers from the US, Australia, India, and Vietnam. She has over 25 peer reviewed research publications in highly rated international business journals and has served on editorial review boards of high-quality journals in business. She has partnered with industry and government to support entrepreneurship and inclusion and has been a part of multiple interdisciplinary research grants.
